Context Is Everything
With the rise of social media came the rise of abuse of contact (communication).
There was a time when letters meant so much to the readers. There was a time when all the news one needs were packed in one newspaper or one hour of network news. Now the whole of google newsfeed in combination with its counterparts on Twitter, Facebook and CNN are not enough news for many of us.
Now you need over 10 emails to communicate what a 10-word handwritten letter would have achieved in a moment. Life has changed, so is the way we communicate.
Anyways, my point is words have still not lost their worth, what has changed are the contexts in which those words are thrown around.
If you want your audience to understand your brand messages and in essence buy from you, then frame your messages in the right contexts.
Context is everything.
Context is what brings refreshing meaning to whatever we say or write in today’s world of heightened noise as communication.
If you value those you communicate with these present times, use the right context to your every interaction and more importantly let your context share the meaning your brand represents.
I hope this helps you someday.
Until later, think context as you communicate with your audience.
